We just received a copy of the book "BRAVOS - Groundbreaking spanish design"
The book offers us a view of contemporary Spanish design through 21 chapters of text and ilustration dealing with 21 designers, all of whom were born after 1960.
The profiles of these 21 designers were selected to reflect the rich diversity of geographic origins, tendencies and approaches while displaying high standards of quality on product design.
The book is edited by Juli Capella and published by Lunwerg.
All the portaits of the designers were taken by Rafael Vargas.

Graphite Chair designed by Diego Ramos Studio is been shortlisted in the Best New Product category at this year' annual Blueprint awards.
Graphite chair by Diego Ramos is the result of experimentation with materials. The inner structure of the chair is a metallic core mixed with expandable foam and the exterior surface is latex and resin treated with Tyvek. This example is complete with a black ink and UV varnish finish.

We just unpacked the first working prototype of the 20x1 Vase.
Thanks to the division of a vase in different parts we got 6 elements that can be arranged in diferent ways.
Thanks to these combinations we have a large range of posibilities. Each one give us a diferent vase, with a different shape.

GEO VASES TRAVEL TO SWITZERLAND
Geo Vases travel to Switzerland to take part in the Unfold exhibition in the Gewerbemuseum in Winterthur.

The Geo Vases are a collection of vases made out of geometric patterns of Tyvek glued together with a hot melt adhesive.
